Alfa Laval is seeking a Commercial Excellence Specialist in São Paulo to champion CRM and data quality initiatives. This role focuses on transforming customer and commercial data into actionable insights to drive strategic decisions, enhance customer experience, and foster business growth within a global organization.

Ansvarsområden

Drive local execution of Commercial Excellence strategies and CRM excellence.
Plan and execute commercial support activities aligned with marketing priorities.
Lead local data quality initiatives and translate data into meaningful insights.
Serve as a champion for Customer Experience initiatives and support segmentation strategies.
Lead Commercial Excellence projects and collaborate closely with various stakeholders.
Contribute to regional and global Commercial Excellence initiatives.

Krav

Experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, CRM Management, Marketing Operations, Business Analytics, or related areas.
Proven experience working with CRM platforms, Power BI, and customer data management processes.
Experience transforming data into business insights and recommendations.
Strong understanding of marketing and sales processes across the customer journey.
Fluent English (mandatory).

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience supporting customer experience, segmentation, or commercial transformation initiatives.
Experience working in multinational and matrix organizations is considered an advantage.
Experience with data visualization tools and performance reporting is highly desirable.
Spanish is a plus.
