Ansvarsområden

Manage the Order-to-Cash process across a portfolio of accounts.
Drive collections activities and follow up outstanding invoices.
Investigate and resolve disputes, deductions, and payment issues.
Negotiate payment arrangements and improve debt recovery outcomes.
Maintain collection worklists and prioritise activities effectively.
Handle customer queries, remittance advice, and invoice requests.
Perform account reconciliations and ensure accurate record keeping.
Build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
Work closely with stakeholders to resolve issues and optimise cash flow.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and controls.

Krav

Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Collections, or an Order-to-Cash environment.
Proven success managing high-volume collections in a corporate setting.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve disputes and drive outcomes.
Customer-focused with excellent relationship management and communication skills.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
Strong numerical and reconciliation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
SAP experience highly regarded.
Exposure to CFIN or other modern collections platforms is advantageous.
Self-motivated team player who can work independently and collaboratively.
