As a Collections Specialist in Mandaluyong, you will provide first-line credit and collection services, managing assigned portfolios and ensuring timely customer payments. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, with 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections.

Ansvarsområden

Manage assigned portfolio including strategic accounts, trading partners, intercompany and end customers.
Review open/active accounts for collection efforts.
Prepare and communicate monthly Statement of Accounts to all assigned customers.
Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates, including pre-due date reminder calls/emails and follow-up on aging balances.
Identify, validate and log customer disputes to initiate resolution and escalation.
Perform initial investigation and communicate findings with the proper owners/resolvers.

Krav

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business or any equivalent field.
1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Customer Service, Finance Operations.
