Microsoft is seeking a Security-focused Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) in Canada to guide customers through security transformations on Azure and Microsoft 365 platforms. This customer-facing role involves owning the technical relationship, providing architectural guidance, and driving value from Microsoft investments to accelerate business outcomes.

Ansvarsområden

Drive positive Customer Satisfaction and act as a trusted advisor.
Provide feedback and insights from customers/partners to Microsoft's Global Security teams, Engineering, and Product teams.
Land an end-to-end value proposition for Security, focusing on Purview/Data Security, Threat Protection, ID+Access Management, and Cloud Security.
Position and deliver solutions that drive Security product usage and help customers achieve value from their Microsoft investments.
Accelerate Business Value of overall Security adoption by improving security posture and ensuring a 'Secure by Design' framework.
Align individual skilling to team/area demands and Customer Success goals.
Run Architectural Design Sessions to build implementation plans and achieve consensus on solution design.
Collaborate and orchestrate with other Cloud Solution Architects and MS stakeholders to develop complex end-to-end Enterprise solutions.

Krav

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field OR equivalent experience.
4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.
Must pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Must obtain and maintain a Reliability Status security screening with the Government of Canada.

Depth/Subject Matter Expertise in: Purview/Data Security (IRM, MIP P2) and All Defender Workloads, strategies, and solutions.
Depth/Subject Matter Expertise in Identity and Access Management.
Depth/Subject Matter Expertise in Zero Trust strategies (Foundations, Defend Against Threats, Protect and Govern Sensitive Data).
Deep knowledge of solution architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of Cloud Security.
Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior IT executives.
Experience managing stakeholder relationships to get consensus on solutions/projects.
Strong presentation skills with comfort presenting to both large and small audiences.
Ability to understand customer's Security related business requirements and solve them through Microsoft cloud technologies.
Knowledge of competitive Security platforms and understanding of cloud market trends.
Understanding of how Microsoft Security, compliance, and identity solutions provide holistic, end-to-end solutions.

Typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $96,000 - CAD $177,600 per year.
