Ansvarsområden

Formulate and execute long-term growth and site-development strategy.
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing organization of managers and engineers.
Foster an innovative culture, plan team allocations, and drive leadership development.
Oversee site-level silicon development from conception to tape-out and production.
Partner with global stakeholders to ensure all site deliverables achieve industry-leading targets for Quality, Schedule, and PPA.
Collaborate with Architecture, Software Engineering, Platform, and Product teams to build the charter, technical specs, and future roadmaps for next-gen silicon accelerators.
Participate in and lead critical design, verification, testability, or physical sign-off reviews.
Act as the primary site point of contact.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience with technical experience in leading silicon teams in Design or Design Verification or Physical Design domain.
6 years of experience in building, mentoring, and leading a multi-functional engineering organization.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science, with an emphasis on computer architecture.
Knowledge of end-to-end ASIC/SoC design flows, including architecture, RTL, DV, DFT, and Physical Design.
Ability to deliver results, develop people, and build community.
