Ansvarsområden

Assist sellers/vendors with various Amazon tools for catalog creation and listing products.
Handle cases related to inbounding, product issues, and customer complaints.
Provide inputs to sellers for managing customer feedback.
Coordinate with sellers/vendors and internal teams for catalog creation and product imaging.
Review Amazon catalog for content quality based on guidelines and coordinate fixes.
Document processes and update existing SOPs.
Review and suggest SOP changes based on input from Category Managers.
Handle daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
Onboard new processes as per business needs.

Krav

Bachelor's degree
Fluency in English (speak, write, and read)
