Ansvarsområden
- Develop and execute the European growth strategy to expand end-markets for recycled PolyAl.
- Identify, prioritize, and convert strategic business opportunities, building a strong pipeline of customers and partners.
- Develop value propositions and drive commercial engagement activities.
- Lead regional markets and development projects, connecting end-market demand with PolyAl recyclers and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams and recyclers to align material quality, volumes, and product development with market needs.
- Represent Tetra Pak at key industry events and trade fairs.
Krav
- University degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, sales, market development, or a related commercial role.
- Proven track record of identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities into measurable growth.
- Strong understanding of recycling, plastics, materials, and circular economy value chain.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional and international environments.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel across Europe.
- Hold a valid driving licence.
