Ericsson is looking for a Benefits Partner in Plano, Texas, to manage and deliver employee benefit programs for the U.S. and Canada. This role involves collaborating with vendors, supporting enrollment, and ensuring compliance with various regulations, while leveraging AI tools for enhanced administration and communication.

Ansvarsområden

Serve as the primary contact for benefit vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and renewals.
Lead end-to-end development, management, and administration of benefit programs covering enrollment, communications, and strategic enhancements.
Drive plan design changes and new program rollouts, using AI-supported scenario modeling.
Support day-to-day administration of U.S. and Canada health and welfare programs (medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, disability, FSA/HSA, EAP).
Partner with carriers, insurers, retirement recordkeepers, and consultants on plan administration, renewals, and claims escalations.
Support retirement and savings programs (U.S. 401(k)/pension and Canada Group RRSP, DPSP, pension plans).
Manage benefits eligibility, annual enrollment, life events, and terminations, coordinating with Payroll for deductions and reporting.
Coordinate disability and leave cases (STD/LTD, FMLA, Canadian provincial leave requirements).
Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, IRS rules, CRA tax rules, and Québec-specific requirements.
Leverage generative AI tools to create employee communications and identify automation opportunities.
Audit vendor invoices, carrier billing, and enrollment data; support cost and utilization reporting.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Services, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in employee benefits with demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end programs.
Experience working with healthcare data and navigating complex, multi-variable issues.
Knowledge of medical claims data, benefit structures, and health and welfare regulations (ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, Section 125, IRS/DOL rules).
Strong interpersonal, consultative, and program management skills with digital fluency and learning agility.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, including critical thinking to validate AI-generated outputs.
Strong data literacy with the ability to translate data and AI-generated insights into actionable recommendations.
Experience in a global, dynamic environment is preferred.
Readiness to learn, adapt, and develop skills for an AI-enabled future.
