Spotify is seeking an AV Engineer II in Stockholm to manage and enhance AV experiences across EMEA. This role involves supporting executive meetings, designing and delivering AV solutions, and troubleshooting complex AV issues. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of AV experience, understands AV hardware and networking, and is comfortable working with AI tools.

Ansvarsområden

Own the AV experience across EMEA, including meeting rooms, boardrooms, common areas, labs, lounges, and digital signage.
Provide high-quality AV support for executive and VIP meetings.
Design, document, deliver, and maintain AV solutions and technical standards in partnership with the global AV team.
Lead AV initiatives and projects with internal partners and external vendors.
Act as an escalation point for complex AV issues and support incident, problem, and change management.
Monitor AV infrastructure and performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and test new solutions.
Deploy and support AI-powered capabilities across meeting rooms and video conferencing.
Maintain AV asset information, contribute to forecasting and budgeting, and create technical documentation and training materials.
Build strong relationships with vendors, integrators, and internal partners.
Share knowledge with colleagues, support onboarding, and continue developing AV expertise.

Krav

3+ years of AV experience, delivering AV projects through design, integration, commissioning, and ongoing support.
Understanding of AV hardware including DSP, control processors, amplifiers, and related technologies.
Experience using platforms such as Crestron, Q-SYS, and Dante.
Hands-on experience deploying, managing, and monitoring video conferencing systems like Google Meet hardware and Zoom Rooms.
Familiarity with fleet management and monitoring tools.
Experience supporting senior executives or VIPs.
Understanding of IT and networking fundamentals, including how AV systems communicate across enterprise networks.
Familiarity with technologies like Dante and Q-SYS, including multicast, QoS, and clocking.
Experience using ticketing or work-management systems such as Jira.
Ability to communicate technical information clearly and create documentation.
Comfort experimenting with AI tools to improve work.
Ability to get to the root cause of technical problems and find long-term solutions.
Ability to work effectively both independently and with distributed teams.
Clear communication with people across different roles and levels.
Ability to build trusted relationships with partners and vendors.
Ownership of work, adaptation to changing priorities, and motivation to keep learning.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience configuring Q-SYS designs is a plus.
Certifications such as AVIXA CTS, Q-SYS Level 2, or Dante Level 3 are a plus.
