Ericsson seeks an experienced Autonomous Network Consulting Principal in Noida, India, to lead Network and BSS/OSS Transformation Consulting. This role requires deep expertise in Autonomous Networking, AI/ML, and business value modeling, with significant client-facing responsibilities and frequent international travel.

Ansvarsområden

Lead advisory projects to define AN vision and strategy, prioritize operational flows, assess AN capabilities, and define architectural blueprints and target operating models.
Realize AN use-cases and solution implementation through operating model transformation and value realization and assurance.
Bring deep knowledge of industry standards and architectures for mobile networks.
Apply hands-on experience with AN foundational capabilities like data, inventory, cloud-native environments, service orchestration, AI/ML models and MLOps, intent-based operations, service management, agentic AI, and telecom operational processes.
Lead and oversee consulting engagements, mentor consultants, and take a leading role in business development (proposals, presentations).
Shape and evolve offerings aligned to market trends, from AN to topics like 6G.
Collaborate with Ericsson teams across multiple business units and with clients worldwide.

Krav

Minimum 10 years of experience.
5+ years of experience in network automation and transformation.
7+ years in consulting roles involving sales and delivery of transformation programs.
Strong industry knowledge with a deep understanding of network autonomy concepts and evolution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to influence and engage senior-level stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Master’s in Engineering or Business is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with TM Forum frameworks (AN, eTOM, SID, TAM), 3GPP standards, and ITIL practices.
Experience with automation technologies such as SMO, DevOps, Cloud-Native orchestration, Ansible, and RPA.
Proven experience in AI-driven or transformation consulting, with a strong understanding of Agentic AI.
