The Associate Technical Manager supports the Technical Manager in delivering PacketData and VoLTE-Control projects, focusing on technical coordination, stakeholder management, and project execution across mobile data platforms. Responsibilities include tracking delivery performance, coordinating technical activities, and managing documentation for successful project outcomes.

Ansvarsområden

Support delivery performance across assigned portfolio areas, including milestones, risks, dependencies, resource utilization, and budget consumption.
Coordinate day-to-day execution of design, integration, migration, testing, implementation, and operational acceptance activities.
Support forecasting, reporting, booked-hours justification, and prioritization of technical activities across local and remote teams.
Coordinate technical documentation such as low-level designs, integration plans, migration procedures, change documentation, and methods of procedure.
Participate in customer and stakeholder meetings covering project progress, operational issues, network changes, and new opportunities.
Track operational KPIs, escalate risks or delivery issues, and contribute to process improvement and knowledge sharing.

Krav

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
Typically 5–8 years of relevant experience in telecom, network delivery, operations, or implementation environments.
Experience in technical project coordination, delivery support, or customer-facing technical environments for PacketData, IMS/VoLTE-Control, and Core service domains.
Hands-on experience with PacketData, VoLTE-Control, mobile data service platforms, Core integration, migration, testing, and operational acceptance activities.
