Qualcomm is looking for an Associate Engineer to design, develop, and validate embedded and cloud edge software. This role involves software build integration, system SW integration, and working with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a lab environment.

Ansvarsområden

Responsible for Software Build Integration and verification.
Responsible for operating JTAG and other debugging tools.
Conducting basic validation and debugging activities on physical hardware.
Working effectively in a lab environment.
Work with cross-functional teams and coordinate the integration and release process.
Troubleshoot run time, build problems, and report findings.
Ensure software builds run properly on automation.

Krav

Bachelor's or Master’s degree with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Real Time Embedded Software Development and System SW Integration.
Experience in Configuration management and Release Management.
Good experience in version control tools like Git/P4/Clearcase, etc and Bug tracking systems(ex JIRA) or project management tools.
Ability to troubleshoot run time/build problems and resolution.
Strong C programming and debugging skills, scripting knowledge, OS concepts.
Multi-threading and multitasking experience.
Ability to coordination with cross functional teams for build plan.

Önskade kvalifikationer

2+ years of academic or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
Passionate about the Build and Integration and software automation.
Knowledge in managing source control systems, software versioning, P4/Git branching strategies and integrations on multiple projects and repositories.
Excellent communicative, interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to work efficiently in both independent and team work environments.
