Ansvarsområden
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance.
- Establish effective communication channels with customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
- Prepare and present clear status reports for different audiences, including executive management.
- Develop and maintain realistic project schedules, considering dependencies and resources.
- Proactively identify and resolve project issues.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide timely updates on initiatives and concerns.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Krav
- Minimum 2-4 years in Project Management with proven success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, BIM or equivalent).
- Experience in test planning, implementation, installation and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn Entrance System applications and lead implementations.
- Expertise in writing scopes of work for construction subcontractors.
