Ansvarsområden
- Manage and grow customer accounts with DIY stores, retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and locksmiths.
- Achieve monthly and yearly objectives through a defined plan and ongoing initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts and prepare legal and technical documentation.
- Provide reports and business analyses based on plans or requests.
- Identify and develop business growth opportunities for Yale branded products.
- Monitor competitive activities and propose new company initiatives.
- Implement promotions according to internal merchandising policies.
- Provide product training and technical support to client representatives.
- Develop proactive and efficient communication with clients to build long-term relationships.
Krav
- Availability to travel at least 60% of the working time.
- Preferably reside in Cluj-Napoca or nearby.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in active sales.
- Very good knowledge and understanding of the DIY Retail market.
- Native Romanian speaker.
- Good command of English (at least level B1).
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint) at a medium level.
- Driving license B category.

- Experience in sales for a supplier of DIY clients will be highly appreciated.
