Ansvarsområden

Design, develop, and execute segment strategies for nitrogen (N2) and oxygen (O2) generator markets.
Provide support to sales teams with insights on business opportunities, market growth, competitive strategies, and technical solutions.
Monitor economic and industry trends to anticipate market shifts and advise on business responses.
Propose innovative technical approaches for customer solutions based on product applications and client requirements.
Collaborate with digital and marketing teams to enhance outreach and optimize sales processes.
Analyze the segment’s business landscape, including potential clients, market structure, trends, and application demands.
Review and assess business development strategies, making recommendations to align with growth targets.
Deliver training sessions to sales teams on technical knowledge and tools.
Report insights to senior leadership for continuous improvement and strategic planning.

Krav

University degree or above, preferably in science or engineering disciplines.
More than two years of professional experience in product management or sales within machinery industries.
Proven expertise in air separation technologies, nitrogen or oxygen generator systems, or air compressors is preferred.
Fluent command of English, both spoken and written.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant digital platforms.
Demonstrated skills in influencing, negotiating, and delivering engaging presentations.
Strong abilities in market research, competitive benchmarking, opportunity mapping, and market analysis.
Proactive mindset, self-motivation, and adaptability.
Customer-centric approach to build lasting relationships.
Willingness to travel as needed.
