As an Analyst Freight Audit and Payment in Mandaluyong, Philippines, you will audit and analyze freight invoices, resolve issues, and communicate with logistics service providers and business units. This 6-month fixed-term contract role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in audit, accounts payable, or logistics.

Ansvarsområden

Audit and analyze freight invoices promptly, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
Investigate issues on pending invoices and provide recommendations for resolution.
Support the roll-out or implementation of new tools or processes.
Communicate with logistics service providers, mode teams, business units, and counterparts for invoicing or audit issues.
Provide and update the status of each activity or project to superiors and points of contact.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Transportation, or related fields.
At least 2 years of professional experience in audit, accounts payable, billing or invoicing, and/or logistics and supply chain functions (e.g., transportation management system, pricing, order entry).
Proficiency in English communication skills.
Open to a 6-months fixed-term employment.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Knowledge of Logistics or Transportation Operations is a plus.
Understanding of basic concepts of supply chain is a plus.
