HCLTech is seeking an experienced AI Proposal Specialist E2.1 for their Noida office. This role involves shaping next-generation solutions using Generative AI and supporting Digital Business Services and Engineering Services. The specialist will collaborate on go-to-market strategies and develop pitches showcasing AI-powered automation and digital transformation.

Ansvarsområden

Independently prepare standard responses and presentations.
Engage with clients to understand basic requirements.
Ensure technical accuracy in proposals.
Support outcome-based pricing constructs.
Maintain documentation and process compliance.
Harness Gen AI to enable end-to-end service transformation.
Drive industry-aligned value chain innovation.
Elevate process excellence with intelligent, outcome-based solutions.
Collaborate with practice leaders and technical subject matter experts.
Identify market opportunities and craft compelling go-to-market strategies.
Develop persuasive pitches showcasing innovation in Gen AI-powered automation, advanced analytics, and AI-driven digital transformation.

Krav

Proficiency in standard presales tools and templates.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to follow established processes and standards.
Basic understanding of AI’s role in digital transformation.
2–4 years of experience in presales or related fields.

MBA
Familiarity with diverse digital ecosystems including UX & UI, digital engagement platforms, modern application development, multi-channel commerce, and cloud and application modernization.
