Nordea is seeking two AI Engineers to develop and deploy advanced Agent solutions using Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and AWS. The role involves collaborating with business partners to drive AI adoption, requiring expertise in Python, Java, prompt engineering, MLOps, and cloud platforms. This hybrid position is based in Helsinki, Finland, or Copenhagen, Denmark, with an application deadline of October 9th, 2026.
Ansvarsområden
- Develop, maintain, and build AI agents using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Azure AI) and Amazon AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker).
- Develop, maintain, and quality assure Python and Java applications for data processing, API, and MCP integrations.
- Collaborate with business users, risk managers, and product leads as a technical partner and quality assurance.
- Apply AI responsibly, ensuring guardrails, test automation, and monitoring meet compliance requirements.
- Document and version workflows in accordance with governance standards.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Bitbucket.
Krav
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Microsoft Power Platform developer (Automate and Copilot Studio).
- Experience with cloud vendors and their offerings (Azure and AWS).
- Proven experience with Prompt Engineering, MLOps, vector databases, and non-trivial Retrieval Augmented techniques.
- Production experience with classical ML and generative AI applications.
- Practical experience with Python and Java programming, including application development for automation, data processing, API, and MCP integrations.
- Experience with Containerization (Docker), Orchestration (Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code/CLIs (Terraform, Microsoft Power Platform CLI).
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes via Bitbucket and Jenkins.
- Experience with AI testing, manual or automated.
- Ability to document and version workflows and scripts in accordance with governance requirements.
