Ansvarsområden
- Develop and drive strategic initiatives to accelerate growth across Agentic CRM.
- Identify business opportunities through market analysis, customer insights, competitive intelligence, and performance trends.
- Build business cases, growth strategies, and executive recommendations.
- Design and improve sales motions, operating models, solution plays, and execution frameworks.
- Partner with sales leaders to improve pipeline health, execution consistency, and business performance.
- Lead complex, multi-disciplinary motions across Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success.
- Align stakeholders across organizational boundaries to achieve strategic objectives.
- Deliver data-driven insights and performance analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Develop scalable planning, governance, and measurement frameworks.
- Leverage AI, analytics, and operational best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Krav
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years experience in Near Term Strategy (1-2 years out), Management Consulting, or Finance.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field AND 6+ years of marketing, strategy, sales, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience OR equivalent experience.
Förmåner
- The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year.
- Different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, with a base pay range of USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
