As an AI & Analytics Specialist at Dormer Pramet, you will transform data into business value using analytics and AI. This role involves developing AI agents, predictive analytics, and data governance to support strategic objectives and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.

Ansvarsområden

Analyze business data and deliver actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Develop dashboards and reports, and manage semantic models on Power BI.
Design, develop, and maintain AI agents, automations, and predictive analytics solutions.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and priorities.
Translate business challenges into data-driven solutions that deliver measurable value.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance with governance standards.
Promote responsible AI practices and effective data management processes.
Automate reporting, workflows, and decision-support processes.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and business outcomes.

Krav

Strategic and innovative thinking in AI use.
Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, Data Warehouse, Data Analytics solutions.
Knowledge of AI and reporting platform ecosystems (Azure AI, OpenAI, Databricks, Power BI).
Power BI Development (5+ years).
Experience with AI agent development (1+ years).
Integration patterns between ERP and data platforms.
Experience in ERP harmonization programs.
Good Communication with fluent English.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Report to IT Strategy & Data Manager.
Work closely with BPO team and IT Architect team.
Responsible for the governance of global reporting and the expansion of AI knowledge, capabilities, and implementation in the company.
