As an Agentic AI (Copilot) CSA, you will guide customers in leveraging Microsoft Copilot to achieve measurable business value, focusing on adoption, use case design, and deployment. You will act as the voice of the customer, translating business problems into industry solutions and driving seamless customer experiences while identifying expansion opportunities.

Ansvarsområden

Act as the voice of the customer/partner, providing insights to internal teams.
Translate customer/partner problems into industry solutions aligned with Microsoft's strategy.
Drive customer adoption and usage of Microsoft Copilot and related platforms.
Proactively manage business and technical risks, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
Deliver solutions following company methodologies and best practices for customer readiness.
Identify new opportunities for consumption, usage, and expansion at scale.
Collaborate across virtual teams using knowledge of Microsoft architectures and competitive landscape.
Proactively identify and mitigate blockers to accelerate solution deployment and value realization.
Contribute to leading virtual teams around technologies and customer/partner challenges.
Share insights, strategic, and technical input with technical teams and internal communities.

Krav

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field.
Proven experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
Experience working in a customer-facing role (internal and/or external).
Experience working on technical projects.
Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).

Önskade kvalifikationer

Equivalent experience to a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields.
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field.
Proven experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
