As a Support Administrator for Kubernetes, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving our support systems. Your responsibilities include resolving technical issues, providing on-call support, and performing root cause analysis to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.

Ansvarsområden

Provide operational support using Kubernetes and Ansible for deploying, managing, and troubleshooting containerized applications, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Conduct root cause analysis for escalated issues, using Red Hat Linux and Azure Cloud Services to identify and resolve underlying problems.
Develop and maintain documentation for knowledge management, updating knowledge bases with solutions and best practices for Kubernetes and container orchestration.
Train and mentor new team members on support processes and tools.
Ensure timely resolution of support tickets within agreed SLAs, effectively prioritizing tasks.
Enhance customer experience by driving first call resolution initiatives and minimizing reopened cases through proactive problem-solving.

Krav

Proficient in Kubernetes and container orchestration.
Solid understanding of Ansible for automation tasks.
Familiarity with Red Hat Linux and Azure cloud environments.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for root cause analysis.
Excellent communication skills for knowledge transfer and customer interactions.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) is optional but valuable.
Kubernetes Administrator Certification (CKA) is optional but valuable.
