We are looking for a GCP Support Administrator in Lucknow, India to manage Google Cloud Platform operations. The role involves resolving technical issues, providing on-call support, conducting root cause analyses, and improving customer satisfaction. This position requires proficiency in GCP services and strong analytical and communication skills.

Ansvarsområden

Implement best practices in GCP support operations adhering to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Provide on-call support for escalated issues by diagnosing problems and performing root cause analysis using GCP tools.
Update and manage the knowledge base, facilitate training sessions for new hires, and coach analysts on GCP best practices.
Independently resolve support tickets within agreed SLAs by utilizing GCP services to troubleshoot and implement effective solutions.
Enhance customer experience and satisfaction by ensuring first call resolution and minimizing rejected resolutions and reopened cases.

Krav

Proficient in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis.
Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction and training delivery.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Önskade kvalifikationer

Google Cloud Certified Associate Cloud Engineer or any relevant GCP certification is optional but valuable.
