Role Summary Provide onsite Desk Side Support for Reckitt users, ensuring effective resolution of end-user computing incidents and service requests. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware/software incidents, performing device swaps, and coordinating with remote teams. Requires hands-on experience in Desktop/Desk Side Support or EUC.

Ansvarsområden

Provide onsite support for end-user devices and workplace technology.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and endpoint-related incidents.
Perform device swap, repair, IMACD and fulfilment activities.
Coordinate with Service Desk and remote support teams for escalated issues.
Maintain accurate asset inventory and CMDB updates following support activities.
Work within the DSS Dedicated/Dispatch operating model and comply with SLA and closure requirements.
Provide clear communication to users and relevant resolver/support teams.

Krav

Hands-on experience in Desktop/Desk Side Support or EUC.
Good troubleshooting knowledge of Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365, hardware and connectivity.
Familiarity with endpoint management and enterprise ITSM environments.
Strong customer service, communication and troubleshooting skills.
