ABB is seeking an Administrative Support Intern for its Robotics Workshop in Ho Chi Minh City. This 3-month full-time program offers vocational experience in daily operational and administrative tasks, document processing, email monitoring, and data maintenance. Ideal for senior university students or recent graduates in relevant fields.

Ansvarsområden

Support the ABB Robotics Workshop in performing daily operational and administrative tasks.
Assist in processing basic documentation activities under the guidance of team members.
Monitor emails and support follow-up requests from internal and external stakeholders.
Verify shipment information and prepare supporting documents when required.
Update and maintain data accuracy in operational systems and trackers.
Support document filing, record maintenance, and compliance with company procedures.
Learn and familiarize with documentation processes, systems, and SOPs.
Collaborate with team members to support smooth shipment execution and service delivery.
Participate in team projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.
Support on timesheet management for assigned team.
Other tasks as requested.

Krav

Commitment to a full-time 3-month program.
Works 5 days a week (Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 16:30 PM).
Senior Students or fresh graduates holding University degrees in Law, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or other related majors.
Good analytical and conceptual skills.
Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English.
Computer literacy.
Pay high attention to details and honest.
Passionate, fast learners with a can-do attitude.
