This is an on-site internship opportunity for university students or recent graduates in an engineering or related field.

Ansvarsområden

Support the Customer Quality team in handling customer complaints and quality-related requests.
Assist in collecting, analyzing, and reporting quality performance data.
Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
Contribute to the preparation of quality documentation, reports, and customer presentations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and product quality.

Krav

University student or recent graduate in Engineering, Industrial Management, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (minimum B2 level) and German.
Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
