Volvo Group is seeking an Adaptation Buyer in Wacol, QLD, to manage supplier performance for customer adaptation parts and optimize customer demand. The role involves working with a collaborative Automotive Purchasing team, contributing to sustainable transport solutions, and requires a degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business with supplier management experience.
Ansvarsområden
- Be accountable for the QDCF-TSR (Quality, Delivery, Cost, Feature, Technology, Sustainability and Risk Management) performance of the supplier base for customer adaptation parts.
- Fulfil customer demand and optimize end to end responsibility for the complete trucks / parts offering towards the end customer.
- Work on identifying innovative solutions to improve parts availability and customer value in line with Segment Business Plan (SBP).
- Develop relationships with suppliers to be their number one partner of choice.
Krav
- Business acumen, agile in your way of working
- Experience in managing suppliers, preferably within manufacturing
- Excellent communication and networking skills

- Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or equivalent
