The Accounting & Reporting Specialist will manage general ledger bookings for the Supply Chain (Home Furnishing Business) and ensure accurate financial reporting. This role involves partnering with business stakeholders, driving process improvements, coordinating audits, and contributing to finance projects within a multinational environment. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or Finance with 3-5 years of relevant experience is required.

Ansvarsområden

Manage and ensure accurate general ledger bookings for the Supply Chain accounting process.
Provide accounting guidance and support business decisions through partnership with stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvements in accounting and reporting processes for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Manage day-to-day accounting activities and provide timely support for queries.
Support the Accounting & Reporting Team Leader in planning objectives and aligning team priorities.
Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of findings.
Contribute accounting expertise and recommendations to local and global finance projects.
Collaborate with finance teams and business owners across Ingka Group to support business growth.
Monitor financial controls, regulatory compliance, and risk management within the Supply Chain accounting function.
Promote a safe, compliant, and value-driven work environment.

Krav

3-5 years of experience in accounting and reporting, preferably in a multinational or large-scale organization.
Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong understanding of Ind AS, India GAAP, IFRS, and accounting principles.
Experience in general ledger accounting, financial reporting, audit support, and compliance.
Hands-on experience with automated accounting systems.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Ability to communicate confidently in English.
Comfortable working in a multicultural, multinational environment.
