Responsibilities
- Support the risk management process: identification, assessment, and proactive management of the risk register.
- Ensure the risk register is kept up-to-date according to ISO31000:2018.
- Integrate Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) for Cost and Schedule in the project, and assist management in interpreting results.
- Track open actions, due dates, and escalation triggers to ensure timely closure and documentation.
- Maintain templates, checklists, and process documentation, and continuously improve the "Work in Smart & Independence" process.
- Support reporting, including weekly/monthly status updates, risk manager reports, and preparation of management-ready materials.
- Provide occasional on-site support for hybrid construction sites, workshops/audits, and coordination.
Requirements
- Strong research skills and interest in the renewable energy industry.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor/Master's program with at least one year remaining in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a similar field.
- German language proficiency at B2 level.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform structured quality checks.
- Good organizational and communication skills, demonstrating reliability, self-dependency, follow-up abilities, and stakeholder coordination.
Desired Qualifications
- First exposure to risk management, quality management, audits, or finance controls.
- Experience with risk registers, issue trackers, or document control systems (e.g., SharePoint).
