Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year account strategies to drive revenue growth and expand opportunities.
- Orchestrate internal and partner teams to deliver against account priorities, goals, budgets, and forecasts.
- Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and key decision makers.
- Understand customer priorities and anticipate business needs, connecting Microsoft capabilities to customer strategy.
- Leverage industry, competitive, and Microsoft solution expertise to identify strategic opportunities and deliver business value.
- Remove blockers, manage customer satisfaction risks, and drive opportunities across the partner ecosystem.
- Bring industry insights and innovative thinking to help customers solve complex business challenges.
- Mobilize Microsoft and partner stakeholders to influence decisions and expand relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years of industry experience (financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education, technology) and/or driving digital transformation OR Master's Degree AND 9+ years experience OR 13+ years equivalent experience.
- 6+ years experience making recommendations to and/or collaborating with mid-to-senior level executives.
- 8+ years experience closing large, complex agreements/deals.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States that does not require employer sponsorship now or in the future.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 13+ years of industry experience and/or driving digital transformation OR Master's Degree AND 11+ years experience OR equivalent experience.
- Proven enterprise technology sales experience supporting large strategic accounts in the financial services industry.
- Track record of measurable business impact, including revenue growth, account expansion, or other quantifiable sales achievements.
- Cross-functional leadership skills with experience coordinating specialists, customer success resources, and other stakeholders.
Benefits
- Base pay range across the U.S. is USD $133,000 - $222,700 per year.
- Base pay range in San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area is USD $170,300 - $239,800 per year.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
