As a Software Test Automation Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain automated tests integrated into CI/CD pipelines to ensure the quality of cutting-edge software products. This hybrid role requires proficiency in Python, C#, Azure DevOps, and Git, with a focus on cross-platform and embedded systems testing within an Agile Scrum framework.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain automated test cases using Python and C#.
Extend and enhance regression test frameworks for reliability and scalability.
Execute automated and manual tests in Azure DevOps and TeamCity, integrating with CI/CD.
Contribute to continuous improvement, focusing on software security and cloud tools.
Develop test suites for cross-platform software targeting Windows and Linux, including embedded systems.
Document all testing procedures, results, and best practices.
Stay informed on evolving software testing techniques and tools.
Collaborate effectively within an Agile Scrum team.
Engage with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with business objectives.
Occasionally travel to support testing and product deployment activities.

Requirements

Proven proficiency in automated testing and development of test frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Extensive experience with Python and C# programming languages.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps and TeamCity.
Ability to develop software for cross-platform environments (Windows and Linux).
Familiarity with modern development and testing tools.
Experience documenting software architecture using industry-standard design patterns.
Strong enthusiasm for learning and integrating emerging technologies.
Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Proficient in source control management using Git and Azure DevOps repositories.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience developing and managing CI/CD pipelines.

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge of Linux systems is highly advantageous.
