Responsibilities include project management, budget and schedule adherence, quality control, and contractor management for mission-critical facilities in India.

Responsibilities

Manage construction activities for new builds or capital projects in India, owning scope, timeline, and budget.
Drive cost reductions and schedule improvements while maintaining quality.
Provide construction management for initiatives to increase data center resiliency.
Review constructability of electrical and mechanical systems and building designs.
Create project scope and equipment requirements, assist with proposals and capital requests.
Oversee total project quality, including commissioning and integrated system testing.
Manage the Request for Information process during construction and coordinate construction administration.
Record and report key metrics to team members and management.
Concurrently manage multiple projects including new data center buildings and capital improvements.
Provide operational support for installed facilities, reviewing procedures and maintenance initiatives.
Act as a leader within the group and internal/external teams supporting the data center.
Travel to data center sites in India for audits, reviews, and commissioning as required.

Requirements

10+ years of design, construction or program management experience in mission critical facilities.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Structural, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with vendor and contractor/subcontractor negotiation and management skills associated with construction and project execution.
Experience with large scale mechanical and power systems.
