Microsoft seeks a Process Program Manager to oversee strategic programs from design to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This hybrid role requires driving continuous improvement, identifying risks, and managing stakeholder collaboration within Enterprise Direct Operations.

Responsibilities

Accountable for end-to-end process performance through compliant processes and controls.
Monitor metrics and KPIs, analyze performance, and identify opportunities for efficiency and customer experience improvements.
Perform program landscape research, forecasting, and analysis of business trends.
Understand business goals, objectives, and strategies, and identify current program risks and mitigation plans.
Design compliant, complex programs from initiation to delivery with minimal coaching.
Define and track program success criteria, performance metrics, and KPIs.
Contribute to or lead a portfolio of projects, managing plans, timelines, and financial aspects.
Communicate program status and risks to stakeholders and hold them accountable.
Define and execute landing change management plans and lead the rhythm of business during execution.
Enable execution teams as program subject matter experts to resolve complex customer scenarios.
Conduct cost-benefit analyses and contribute to business reviews to identify improvements.
Collect and evaluate success criteria, KPIs, and customer feedback using scorecards and dashboards.
Use data analytics to derive insights and training to identify risks and opportunities.
Contribute to the training, reskilling, and mapping of individuals in partnership with HR.

Requirements

Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field OR equivalent experience.
Work experience in operations, program management, or process management.

Desired Qualifications

Experience working in a customer service environment and in a large matrixed multinational company.
Experience with Microsoft Volume Licensing concepts (specifically EA & MCAE), including contracts, quotes and invoices.
Experience in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
Ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems.
Demonstrated impact and influence skills, including cross-boundary collaboration.
Ability to build solid relationships with individuals at all levels.
Ability to manage sensitive, business impacting information, and closely control dissemination.
Strong data analytics and business insights skills.
Ability to derive actionable recommendations from complex datasets.
