Responsibilities
- Lead problem framing and turn complex challenges into clear design opportunities.
- Plan and conduct user research, analyze findings, and translate insights into customer-centred solutions.
- Facilitate co-design workshops and design-thinking activities with stakeholders.
- Design complex digital workflows and graphical user interfaces aligned with platform architecture, design systems, accessibility, and inclusive design principles.
- Ensure high design quality, mentor junior designers, and support stable software delivery.
Requirements
- At least five years of professional experience in product design, UX design, or a related role.
- Strong user-research capabilities, including method selection, research execution, and data analysis.
- Professional proficiency in UX and UI design, prototyping tools (Figma or Sketch), design systems, accessibility, and inclusive design.
- Strong co-design, workshop facilitation, and design-thinking capabilities.
- Professional-level written and spoken English.
- BSc in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Desired Qualifications
- Strong content design capabilities.
- Experience mentoring junior designers and guiding teams through complex design challenges.
- MSc in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
