Senior Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Campus Manager

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for EHS program implementation at specific Microsoft Datacenters.
- Be accountable for EHS performance metrics and annual improvement plans.
- Periodically inspect and audit safe work practices for compliance.
- Conduct workplace risk and exposure assessments for various hazards.
- Support incident investigations and root cause analysis.
- Conduct and deliver regulatory training programs.
- Embody Microsoft's culture and values.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
- Several years of experience in Environmental Health and Safety Worldwide Regulations.
- Experience in leading and implementing Health and Safety standards in complex, operational or industrial manufacturing settings.
- Advanced German language skills (preferred).
- Ability to reliably reach the worksite within 60 minutes for operational and on-call requirements.
- 100% on-site work requirement.
- Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
Desired Qualifications
- SiFa German qualification (strongly preferred).
- Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Safety or a related field.
