Autoliv is seeking a Project Manager to oversee automotive safety projects, focusing on seatbelts, airbags, and steering wheels. This hybrid, full-time role requires strong project management, communication, and leadership skills to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Overall accountability of whole project from start till end.
Support that Autoliv processes and standards are applied and executed within project scope.
Report project progress status toward Review Boards and if applicable in Change Boards.
Provide feedback on observations and findings to team and management.
Escalate major deviations related to project in all areas if needed.
Identify opportunities to increase quality, reduce cost and time.
Focus on increasing customer value and satisfaction.
Maintain customer communication and deliver information in agreed time.
Create and maintain project schedule, monitor project progress and achieve project milestones on time.
Proactively identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks.
Act as a cross-functional leader.
Manage allocated resources.
Set up and maintain project meetings.
Plan, forecast, monitor, and control project budget and product cost.

Requirements

Ability to create a good internal and external (customer) network
Ability to improve standards (Work with continuous improvements)
Very good communication and 'listening' skills.
Experience and good prioritization skills.
Self-driven autonomous – act autonomously under direction.
Ability and willingness to support other colleagues' tasks.

Desired Qualifications

German and / or French skills are useful.
Experience in project execution with the Volkswagen Group is useful.
