Alstom is seeking a full-time Country HR Director in Hungary, primarily based in Mátranovák with hybrid options available in Budapest. This role involves developing and implementing strategic HR solutions, supporting management, analyzing HR data, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and union cooperation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic and operational HR solutions in line with ALSTOM HR Strategy.
- Support the development and implementation of Global HR strategy at Site level.
- Develop and ensure efficient implementation of global and local HR processes, policies, and tools.
- Support, coach, and counsel Line and Senior Management in all HR-related matters.
- Analyze HR data concerning attrition, staffing, employee performance, and training.
- Provide coordination and support for the ALSTOM People Management Cycle (PMC) and self-service local deployment.
- Prepare detailed HC budget and manage personnel and training costs.
- Lead recruitment processes and build an attraction strategy.
- Maintain adherence to local statutory compliance norms.
- Cooperate with Trade Unions.
Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Law.
- Strong experience in a similar position.
- Organizational and excellent communication skills with transparency, influencing and persuasion skills.
- Global & Cultural Awareness.
- Strong team working abilities.
- Working knowledge and experience in recruitment and selection, staff planning and labor cost budgeting.
- Solid understanding, knowledge & experience in HR Management tools, policies, processes & best practices.
- Strong knowledge of the local labor laws.
- Fluency in English and Hungarian.
