Amazon Fulfillment Technologies (AFT) seeks an experienced Technical Product Manager (L6) in Bangalore to lead the vision and strategy for Routing and Mansort products. This role involves defining and executing the product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging AI to optimize fulfillment center operations for efficiency, quality, and cost.

Responsibilities

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap priorities based on customer needs, research, data analysis, and market trends.
Translate insights into clear problem statements and requirements.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, science, finance, and operations to deliver products on time with high quality.
Align stakeholders and make trade-offs when data is incomplete.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond.
Define success criteria and key performance indicators.
Monitor operational health and iterate based on performance metrics and customer feedback.
Evaluate technical proposals and participate in architecture discussions.
Balance feature delivery with long-term system health and scalability.
Leverage generative AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate development cycles, improve decision-making, and unlock new product innovation opportunities.

Requirements

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
Experience managing technical products or online services.
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
Bachelor's degree.
