Responsibilities

Process ongoing orders such as changes to co-worker employment terms.
Contact national P&C units to clarify errors in applications.
Further processing in the system.
Work in Excel, e.g., extracting reports from the system.
Work at a helpline, i.e., employee support line (telephone/e-mail/chat).
Process P&C and payroll matters for IKEA stores and units in Austria.
Answer colleague's questions related to HR Administration and Payroll.
Handle co-worker's personal data.

Requirements

Personnel Administration and Payroll experience.
Experience working with a ticket system.
Knowledge of Austrian labor law.
Familiarity with SAP HR system.
Fluent in German and communicative in English.
Comfortable using MS Office tools.

Desired Qualifications

Buddy support during onboarding.
