MRO Buyer - Temporary (6 Months)

We are looking for a Temporary MRO Buyer with at least 4 years of experience in equipment, machinery, and inputs buying. The role involves developing sourcing strategies, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. A completed Bachelor's Degree in Administration, International Business, or Engineering, and fluent English (B2) are required.

Responsibilities

Pursue continuous improvements in cost, lead time, quality, commercial terms, and logistics costs.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies focused on cost reduction, supply base optimization, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accurate documentation of commercial terms, technical specifications, and payment conditions.
Proactively monitor purchase orders to ensure supplier on-time deliveries and availability of materials/services.
Maintain and control procurement systems to ensure compliance with KPIs and Service Level goals.
Proficient in MS Office.

Requirements

4 years or more as an equipment, machinery, and inputs buyer.
Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, International Business or Engineering.
Fluid English (B2).
Ability to travel including internationally (USA-VISA).

Desired Qualifications

Outstanding Knowledge in MRO parameters.
Indirect warehouse & Inventory experience.
Oracle Software (desirable).
Working with global staff.
