This role involves ensuring product quality, developing CNC programs, performing inspections, and contributing to continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Select and prioritize jobs using the Shop Floor Control System.
Set up and operate robotized grinding equipment according to work instructions and blueprints.
Develop and modify basic CNC programs.
Adjust machine parameters and perform robot calibrations.
Verify process capability using Statistical Process Control (SPC).
Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
Monitor equipment performance to achieve efficiency targets.
Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tooling.
Assist in developing the skills of team members.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety, environmental, and operational requirements.
Promote teamwork and positive working relationships.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, mechanical, machining, or process-driven environment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions.
Experience operating CNC-controlled equipment and automated manufacturing systems.
Knowledge of quality inspection methods and precision measuring devices.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and mechanical aptitude.
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Current authorization to work in the United States.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with ER and ELB equipment.
Experience with the Roll-ER and PER measurement systems.
Experience with automated manufacturing systems.
