Junior OHS Specialist - temporary contract

Responsibilities
- Deliver OHS training for new employees and interns, and monitor mandatory training completion.
- Investigate workplace accidents, support hazard reporting, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct workplace inspections and assess conditions in office facilities.
- Monitor and improve the First Aid System, coordinating training and emergency response.
- Provide ergonomic assessments and promote health and safety awareness.
- Support managers in delivering on-the-job safety training and ensure health and safety requirements for office operations and events.
- Develop, review, and maintain OHS policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, internal standards, and continuous improvement of the OHS management system.
Requirements
- Up to 2 years of experience in occupational health and safety.
- Good understanding of risk assessment principles, workplace hazard identification, and applicable OHS regulations.
- Enhanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or another higher education qualification meeting Polish health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication in English (written and spoken) and ability to build effective working relationships.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a corporate office environment is an advantage.
- Knowledge of ergonomics and office workplace assessments is considered an asset.
- Passion for health and safety, innovation in promoting safe behaviors, and effective collaboration skills.
