Responsibilities

Contribute to implementing global and national compliance standards for a safe environment.
Act as a brand ambassador for IKEA and IKEA Retail Food.
Secure customer experience and exceed customer expectations.
Apply retail foundations and sales steering tools for commerciality.
Seek and act upon customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Take initiative and responsibility.
Ensure own development and contribute to a high-performing team.
Contribute to the implementation of unit and business plans.

Requirements

Amazing attention for details, including expiry dates.
Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities.
Open to learning with a general can-do attitude and energized by teamwork.
Health-and-Safety-conscious.
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in a similar environment (preferred but not required).
Ability to enjoy working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.

Desired Qualifications

Experience in shipping and receiving would be an asset.
