Ericsson seeks a Director of Operations Excellence in Mexico City to lead operational governance, financial performance management, and continuous improvement. This role involves partnering with senior leadership to ensure accurate reporting, manage KPIs/OKRs, identify risks, and drive efficiency through data insights and automation.

Responsibilities

Lead operational and financial governance, ensuring accurate reporting and transparency.
Own and drive KPI and OKR tracking, performance reviews, and executive reporting.
Consolidate business, operational, and financial data into actionable insights.
Identify business risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure governance execution.
Drive continuous improvement, process standardization, and operational excellence.
Partner with finance, operations, delivery, and business stakeholders.
Lead automation, digitalization, and AI initiatives for improved efficiency.
Facilitate governance forums, business reviews, and strategic planning.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, financial controls, and operational standards.
Act as a liaison across stakeholder groups, influencing outcomes and driving accountability.

Requirements

Strong financial acumen with experience in business performance analysis, budgets, forecasts, profitability, and operational metrics.
Proven experience in governance, PMO, Chief of Staff, Operations Excellence, Business Operations, or similar strategic business roles.
Strong knowledge of KPI, OKR, reporting, and performance management frameworks.
Ability to translate complex operational and financial information into executive-level insights.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, stakeholder alignment, and influencing senior leaders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-support capabilities.
Experience in process improvement, risk management, and change management.
Familiarity with automation, digital transformation, data analytics, AI, or business intelligence.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Qualifications

Experience within telecommunications, technology, managed services, or large-scale operational environments is highly valued.
