Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and in alignment with company policy.
Provide accurate and timely information on products, services, availability, and order status.
Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, and Transportation teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Share customer insights with other departments to drive process improvements.
Assist in documenting procedures and FAQs for the team's knowledge base.

Requirements

2+ years in customer service.
Experience working in SAP.
Experience in inventory control, distribution, supply chain, or logistics.
Fluent in English.
Customer focused (both internal and external).
Ability to establish positive relationships with team members and customers.
Associates degree in business, supply chain, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
