Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and follow call scripts.
Create tickets for all incoming calls and work towards ticket resolution.
Provide quick and effective assistance with information technology systems.
Listen attentively to customer questions and concerns and offer optimal solutions.
Handle basic software installation/break-fix issues and hardware issues findings remotely.
Handle hard stop issues like password resets, multifactor resets, and account lock/unlock issues.
Understand user concerns/issues cautiously and create/upgrade priority according to impact.
Daily incident follow-up in a timely manner.

Requirements

Strong communication skills to handle users globally.
Ability to create tickets for all incoming calls and work towards ticket resolution.
Ability to provide quick and effective assistance with information technology systems.
Basic Network and VPN knowledge.
Detailed knowledge in Windows and Mac troubleshooting, Active Directory, and Google Workspace.
Proficiency in English and French.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows.
