Sandvik is seeking two Order Delivery Coordinators for their Tampere office to manage the end-to-end order and delivery process for mining and tunnelling equipment. This temporary role involves customer order processing, global transportation coordination, export documentation, and stakeholder communication. Fluency in Finnish and English is required.

Responsibilities

Receiving and processing customer orders for mining and tunnelling equipment and components.
Validating commercial and technical information of orders and ensuring accurate order handling.
Planning and coordinating global transportation of equipment and components.
Evaluating transport alternatives and selecting suitable solutions.
Preparing export documentation and invoices.
Communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
Supporting the global sales organization.
Working in close cooperation with production planning, packing department and other supply chain functions.

Requirements

Suitable educational background in business, supply chain management, logistics or another relevant field.
Good understanding of international trade.
Fluent communication in both Finnish and English, written and spoken.

Desired Qualifications

Some experience in order-to-delivery, order management and/or logistics processes is preferred.
Experience in customer order handling, delivery and export documentation, invoicing, customs processes, transportation or freight coordination is considered an advantage.
Good collaboration and organisational skills.
Customer-oriented and proactive way of working.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and changing priorities.
Able to work independently and make decisions within your area of responsibility.
