Amazon Prime Video GSS is seeking a Visual Design Associate to create digital designs based on style guides in a fast-paced production environment. The role requires managing multiple projects, strong graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite, and experience in digital marketing with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Create on-brand digital design solutions that meet business goals and project requirements.
Create best in class layouts and visuals that support and reinforce business objectives.
Ensure design requirements are met in adherence with campaign/project guidelines.
Optimize digital images for web, mobile, big screen and other devices.
Follow and apply graphic templates and style guides.
Maintain quality on their own creative production.
Fulfill multiple project requests while simultaneously meeting tight deadlines.
Create innovative, multi-platform graphics based on key art and other inputs.
Follow SOP/guidelines to complete production tasks.
Partner with design leadership and product management to deliver high-quality creative.

Requirements

Knowledge of Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
Bachelor's degree, or experience as technical specialist in design and architecture
Experience working independently with minimal supervision
Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments while maintaining commitment to deadlines, or experience with end-to-end project management
Online portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and advertising experience across a range of media and platforms, along with work that reflects your design process
Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service

Desired Qualifications

Experience working as a producer, creative executive, or a similar role
Experience working with global teams and diverse partners
Experience in advertising
