Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of the People Strategy, ensuring HR programs and initiatives support business objectives.
- Develop the HR team and establish clear accountability for delivering HR priorities and organizational goals.
- Partner with executive and divisional leadership on strategic planning, organizational development, and workforce transformation.
- Strengthen organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, accountability, and a high-performance culture.
- Oversee employee benefits, retirement programs, payroll, leave administration, and workers’ compensation.
- Provide strategic guidance on complex employee relations matters and represent GWS with external partners and stakeholders.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Clear judgment and constructive communication.
- Ability to build trusted relationships, navigate complex matters with integrity.
- Attention to detail with a strategic perspective.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
