HCLTech is seeking a Senior UI/UX Design Lead in Noida to head their design team. You will be responsible for creating innovative user experiences and interfaces for digital products, defining the creative vision, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role also involves conducting user research, mentoring junior designers, and staying updated on industry trends.

Responsibilities

Lead the UI/UX design team in conceptualizing and developing user-centric designs for web and mobile applications.
Define the creative vision for projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver design solutions.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs and enhance user experiences.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.
Mentor and coach junior designers, providing guidance and support.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Ability to translate user needs and business requirements into innovative design solutions.
Experience in creating responsive designs for various screen sizes and devices.
Solid communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Desired Qualifications

Relevant certifications in UI/UX design or design thinking principles are a plus.
